Staff Nicole was excellent. Room was huge and clean. Location was so close to the station.

Lift was old and scary..but working.

Great hotel at prime location near SMN station

Location very close to SMN train station, very clean rooms, hosts were very welcoming and supportive, ac was cool

The elevator was retrofitted in the middle of the staircase, and was kind of primitive. Could do with a elevator cabin refurbishment.
