    Вкусно и уютно, как в гостях у бабушки! :)

    Завтраки разнообразные, по-домашнему вкусные, и очень сытные! Как будто приехал в гости к любимой бабушке!! Расположение отличное: 7 минут пешком до метро, проспекта Ахмашенебели и до «Фабрики». Очень аутентичный грузинский дворик и дом.

    The property features 24-hour front desk. I have notified the property that I'll be checking in at 6 a.m. I was at the correct address between 5:45 and 6:15. Nobody greeted me, and there was absolutely no signs or notes anywhere that would hint that there is a property listed on Booking.com, or that someone somewhere expects a guest early in the morning. I stumbled around the yard in the dark for half an hour in the drizzle, confirmed with a local that this was the correct address (they also didn't know anything about an apartment), then went away to try my luck elsewhere. For some reason, the phone number listed as the primary contact starts with +44 (UK), and nobody answers if you dial. I have tried four times, then decided it must be some sort of scam. I later found out that there were some instructions from the host in the Booking.com chat, which I could not check by the time they were posted, which was quite late in the prior evening, when I was already traveling with no access to the website.
