  郡上の良い観光拠点

  キッチン、風呂、トイレ、部屋も全て清潔でした。空調もよく効くクーラーがあり快適。駐車場も近く、居酒屋などからも歩いてすぐ、また利用したいです。

  よくなかった点を探すのは難しい。

  The location of the apartment is excellent, very close to the Old Town. The street is old and authentic, and parking is right next to the apartment.

  The owner’s conduct was unprofessional and disrespectful throughout the check-in process. In the message sent to us before our arrival, we were instructed to call the owner 30 minutes before arriving. We called well in advance, but the phone number provided to us—and listed on Booking.com—was disconnected. The number was not connected to WhatsApp either, and our messages through Booking.com were answered only after significant delays. Despite informing the owner in advance of our expected arrival time, we received no response and were left waiting upon arrival. We reached the address and had to wait more than 45 minutes before the owner arrived. The only explanation we were given was that she did not speak English. Overall, the communication and handling of the check-in were highly unprofessional and caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. This was particularly disappointing given the exceptionally high price we paid for the accommodation. We expected a much higher level of service, communication, and professionalism.

  おばさんもとても良い方で、場所もすごく良かっただけに、残念に感じています。

  The location was perfect, and your aunt was such a wonderful person. She was very kind and helpful, and we really appreciated everything she did for us. 場所は最高でしたし、おばさんもとても良い方で、本当にお世話になりました。ありがとうございました。

  知らない人に、鍵を勝手に開けられたこと。 開けようと思えば、玄関の鍵を簡単に開けられてしまうこと。 エアコンのドレン防臭トラップが、十分に機能していないと思われること。また、汚水桝が室内にあるので、よりしっかりとした防臭対策と通気を確保するべきだと思います。部屋に臭いが染み付いてしまう前に、施工不良として改修してもらうべきだと思います。 （ドレン防臭トラップ、汚水桝防臭、玄関の鍵）
