  Appartamento bello e luminoso ma necessita di un po' di organizzazione

  Lo spazio è ampio, luminoso, la posizione è strategica

  Il self check-in lungo e complesso, ma, soprattutto la modalità per l'apertura della Porta dell'appartamento l'ho trovata lunga e difficoltosa, non sempre la procedura con codice funzionava correttamente, abbiamo avuto difficoltà e provato a contattare più volte il numero del gestore ma senza risposta. All'interno abbiamo trovato poche tazze, mi rendo conto che c'è una lavastoviglia e la trovo ancora caricata dall'ultimo lavaggio dei precedenti clienti che probabilmente non aveva girato bene. Il KIT per il bagno era introvabile, mi sono reso conto poi dopo che era stato inserito nel box appoggiato sul top della cucina, insieme ai tè e pasticche per il caffè. La macchinetta per il caffè non era caricata l'acqua, ho provveduto poi a caricarla. In 3 abbiamo fatto la doccia, il primo è riuscito a fare la doccia calda, il secondo mentre era insaponato è terminata l'acqua calda e non siamo più riusciti a far tornare la temperatura a livello, anche in questo caso provo a contattare il gestore, non raggiungibile. In camera è presente sul letto un solo lenzuolo in cotone, nessun copriletto, è vero che siamo in mezza stagione ma la temperatura non è così calda, una copertina sarebbe stata una coccola, non l'abbiamo trovata.

  Good stay for a family of 4.

  Located in a quietish neighbourhood. There was a random market one week day which added atmosphere. Apartment was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Spacious and good ambience. Air conditioning helped on the hot days.

  Could have had more cutlery and crockery for 4 people. Missing some cereal bowels and no small knifes for use. Shower was right next to the toilet which was a bit akward. The hot water was a bit erratic and got cold quickly. Some traffic / road noise in the early morning near the bedrooms.

  Superb

  Nice spacious apartment with exceptional small details, that brings some good vibes :-) convenient location, walkable distance to the city centre, close some bar/restaurant streets.

  The boiler has to be switched on manually.

  Virtual key is not a good idea - location is nice

  The location is good.

  The property itself.... could be improved. Tiles on the floor are broken, bathroom is super small and not comfortable. The mattresses are too soft and the blanket somehow does not fit the bed linen - too big for it. And I want to highlight the super complex check in process - basically you require Phd to first do the checkin (and it is overcomplicated as you have to enter Passport info & then photos of it and then also a selfie with it!) and then that virtual key... is not user friendly at all. My older parents could not manage it on their own. what if they travelled alone?
