  Nightmare stay

  If future customers can, cancel your stay with this apartment and rental agency, cleanbnb. We rented this apartment for 3 nights. We could not sleep and get any rest on the first night given that the mattress is so old and cracked. A hostal at 30€ would have done better. At 6am, feeling pain in my neck and back (same for my partner), I called booking.com to report the incident and explained that it is impossible to have two other nights like that. It is supposed to be holidays, not a torture session. I booked another flat on booking.com to secure the rest of the weekend and we left the apartment. The host replied at 9.20am, denying the issue and refusing to do any partial refund. We offered them to check the mattress together but they said that they didn't know when they would go. Asking for an update at 18:30, they said that they have checked and judged that the mattress is not so uncomfortable ("not so uncomfortable", is it really the ambition that they have as a host?) and that they won't do any gesture. But laying down 10 seconds on a mattress is not the same than for 7 hours. I also doubt that they even checked as they said that they would send a picture. I still did not receive it, 48h after the check. Reading past reviews, I could find many people complaining already about the bed comfort (most of them after I booked), but the host judgment obviously matters more than the customers. I don't understand why they just don't buy a new mattress at 200€ in a swedish furniture store (rentabilized in 2 nights) and just end up with all these complaints. Total lack of professionalism and pragmatism. Overall, we wasted a day of our 3 day weekend dealing with that issue between changing accommodation and the irritating non- sense discussion with them. Shameful. Also, that Booking.com was not able to protect the customer and partners with such a fishy company disappointed me a lot.

  Κεντρικότατο, ήσυχο και αν επενδύσουν σε μαξιλάρια και σε μικρά πράγματα υποδοχής θα είναι το τέλειο

  Η τοποθεσία ήταν καταπληκτική!!! Είναι στο κέντρο όλων! Στο δωμάτιο υπήρχε απόλυτη ησυχία και ηχομόνωση.

  Στο μπάνιο το ντους ήταν από την πρώτη μέρα βουλωμένο και δεν απορροφούσε γρήγορα τα νερά. Ενημέρωσα και μετά την αναχώρησή μας θα το τακτοποιήσουν. Επίσης τα μαξιλάρια ήταν πολύ μικρά και περίεργα στο σχήμα, φαίνονταν «λίγα» και άβολα, θα πρότεινα να επενδύσουν λίγο περισσότερο για έναν άνετο ύπνο. Ακόμη, ένα νερό στο ψυγείο θα ήταν πολύ καλό για τον επισκέπτη που μπαίνει στο κατάλυμα μετά από ταξίδι.

  Goede locatie dicht in het centrum.

  Op het vliegveld al aan de host aangegeven dat we binnen een half uur zouden arriveren mer de taxi. Dan is het wel erg kinderachtig van de host dat wij €25 moeten betalen omdat wij precies 5 minuten te laat waren voor de late check-in. Terwijl de hele stad openligt door graafwerkzaamheden voor de tram. Op het nachtkastje stond een gevaarlijk wankele schemerlamp die korstsluiting veroorzaakte waardoor het huisje een ruime tijd stong naar verbrand plastic. Stofwolken onder het bed waren van minstens 2-3 jaar. Raam ivm nerveuze duiven op de vensterbank alleen op kierstand mogelijk. Beperkt zicht op dak van binnenplaats.
