    Appartamento carino, gestione un po' fredda

    L'appartamento è più o meno come nelle foto: abbastanza spazioso sia in camera che in soggiorno, moderno e con un bagno comodo. Il letto è comodo (il divano letto un po' meno). Biancheria pulita. Check-in e check-out sono stati facili e veloci, e le fermate degli autobus per andare in centro sono molto vicine. Il quartiere è tranquillo e poco rumoroso. Aria condizionata e Wi-Fi funzionano bene.

    Purtroppo mancavano le piccole cortesie che ti aspetti, soprattutto considerando quello che paghi. All'arrivo non c'era nemmeno una bottiglietta d'acqua, e in cucina mancava tutto il necessario di base (sale, olio, caffè), c'erano solo sapone piatti e una spugna. In bagno, per 5 notti, hanno lasciato solo 2 rotoli di carta igienica, quindi abbiamo dovuto comprarla noi (e quella avanzata l'abbiamo lasciata lì). Nessun kit di cortesia in bagno. Abbiamo pagato 50 € per le pulizie nonostante l'appartamento non fosse pulitissimo all'ingresso, e comunque dovevamo lasciarlo pulito e portare via la spazzatura per evitare addebiti extra. Altri 50 € di tassa turistica, con una procedura complicata da fare nei giorni prima. Infine, a fine soggiorno arriva una mail che chiede di lasciare una recensione da 10 per avere la possibilità di ricevere un buono sconto: non è il massimo. In generale si sente che non hai a che fare con una persona ma con un'azienda che gestisce chissà quanti appartamenti.

    Mieszkanie posprzątane, ręczniki czyste, wifi działa, klimatyzacja w kuchni oraz sypialni również sprawna, dobra lokalizacja jeśli chodzi o dworzec kolejowy - około 10-15 minut pieszo.

    Na wyposażeniu zmywarka lecz kapsułek do niej już brak, mogłaby być chociaż jedna czy dwie skoro ta zmywarka już tam jest. Podobna kwestia z solniczką i pieprzniczką - są, ale soli czy pieprzu już nie ma. Kawiarka oraz czajnik również są lecz jakiejkolwiek kawy czy herbaty na miejscu nie ma. Tak samo brak oleju lub oliwy. Uważam, że powinno być też więcej papieru toaletowego.
