Great place if it was cleaned on arrival.
Loved the authentic furnishings, large apartment, great location. Beautiful when I had to literally clean it!!
I waited for the Host (not the owner) in the heat who was late! Host stated she was trying to contact me via what’s app which I don’t have!!The apartment was not at all cleaned when we entered. Host stated she will get cleaners. No cleaners arrived after waiting 2 hours. No contact from host, totally ignored service. I then had to find supermarket to buy cleaning products to scrub & clean the entire apartment!! I had a broken arm & ribs so this took time & exhausted me for the entire stay. The host also knew I had an injury. I contacted Booking.com for a refund, no reply. I have not used Booking.com since!! Refund please. Service was unacceptable.

Aproveite Veneza como um local.
O apartamento é muito bonito e espaçoso, igual como está nas fotos. O prédio possui acesso para o terraço e permite uma linda vista da cidade. A localização é ótima. Dá pra ir a pé da estação de trem e está próximo de restaurantes e do grande canal.
O apartamento está no terceiro andar e o acesso é somente por escadas. Há um elevador disponível com utilização somente dos moradores. Isso precisa ser mudado. As pessoas viajam com malas pesadas e o uso do elevador é uma necessidade.
