Fun lodging next to great restaurants and shopping.
The style/design, location, cleanliness, large closets and roof top.
It’s on the 4th floor with no elevator. Be prepared to climb stairs.

Lage
Leider nur ein Schlüssel für zwei Erwachsene. Treppe zur Dachterrasse zu steil und so nicht ersichtlich. Sonnenschirm fehlt für Dachterrasse. Ebenso fehlt ein Esstisch auf der Terrasse. Check Out bereits um 10:00 Dippelter Check in. Man wird aufgefordert online einzuchecken und Bilder vom Ausweis hoch zuladen. Vor Ort werden dann erneut alle Seiten vom Ausweis abfotographiert.

Super Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen, leider etwas zu teuer für das Gesamtpaket.
Die Lage war hervorragend, um Rom zu erkunden. Ausreichend Platz und zwei Bäder für fünf Personen. Die Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert! Die Dachterrasse ist schön, jedoch ist die schmale Treppe sehr steil (eher wie eine Leiter) und somit für kleine Kinder oder ältere Personen ungeeignet. Die Ausstattung auf der Dachterrasse ist gut: Sitzgelegenheiten, Tisch, Sitzsäcke, Außendusche
Durch die hohe Anzahl von Restaurants in direkter Nachbarschaft war es bis spät Abends ziemlich laut. Die Wohnung war für vier Personen vorbereitet, wir hatten jedoch für fünf gebucht: das fünfte Bett (Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer) war nicht vorbereitet, uns wurde nur gezeigt, wo die Bettwäsche ist. Sofa umbauen und beziehen mussten wir selber machen - das ist dem Preisniveau nicht angemessen. Ein Geschirrschwamm oder eine Bürste war nicht vorhanden.
