Appartamento bello, posizione comoda.
La posizione dell'alloggio, vicinanza al mare e ai servizi essenziali, la zona dove si trovava l'appartamento e l'ultimo piano.
La mancanza di stoviglie adeguate ad una famiglia di 3 persone, lavatrice guasta (non funzionava la centrifuga, già segnalato a Luglio 2025, ma nulla è stato fatto per ripristinare il problema), porta asciugamani del bagno scollato dal muro, chiesi la cortesia di ripristinarlo, mi risposero che avrebbero contattato il manutentore (mai arrivato), nonostante il sollecito, non ho avuto più risposta.

Splendido appartamento, pulito, completo di tutto ciò che può servire. Ottima connessione Wi-Fi. La.
Ottima posizione, vicinissima al lungomare, ma in zona tranquilla. Meraviglioso terrazzo, dotato di tettoia, grande ombrellone, sdraio, tavolo, sedie e luci per mangiare fuori anche la sera.
Nulla, davvero.

Ottima posizione vicino al mare. Comoda terrazza, Quiete, grazie alle finestre insonorizzate, nonostante la ferrovia nei paraggi e condizionatore efficiente.
Accessori e utensili da cucina limitati all'essenziale. In particolare mancava un tagliere, un coltello lungo e ciotole per condimento insalate.
