    Comfortable studio, several avoidable problems.

The apartment was rather clean, pleasant and comfortable. The fold-down bed was surprisingly comfortable, with good pillows and a proper duvet. It was warm, quiet and dark at night, so we slept very well. The kitchen had the appliances and utensils needed for cooking, including an induction hob, oven, dishwasher and kettle. The bathroom was excellent, and the washer-dryer was especially useful during our longer trip. The metro was within walking distance, with nearby buses providing a quicker connection. Management offered to send someone when we reported the freezer problem and provided a €30 refund for the unavailable internet. We would consider staying again.

There was no internet connection throughout our stay, despite an available Wi-Fi signal. Management confirmed the problem and refunded €30, which we appreciated, but the lack of internet remained a significant inconvenience. Key collection was poorly coordinated. The agreed time was 3 pm, then postponed to 3:30 pm, but the representative arrived at 4 pm. We spent around 40 minutes waiting outside. The freezer was so heavily iced up that its door could not close properly, triggering an alarm. Management offered assistance, but we chose to defrost and clean it ourselves. The process continued until the following morning. This condition should have been noticed before our arrival. A microwave and capsule coffee machine would have been welcome additions; a moka pot was provided.
