Large apartment in good location, but AC doesn’t work and there was no soap or shampoo provided

Great location, large space, nicely furnished

AC did not work properly, no soap or shampoo was provided for the shower, there was a large window looking directly at the shower and into the bathroom area which was a bit weird, and we were instructed that we needed to fully clean the place before we left to avoid charges which was not expected.
