    Super Unterkunft kann ich sehr empfehlen!

    Der Wohnung war sehr groß, sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Plus Punkte war die Katze und der Vogel im Garten 😁

    Auf der Fensterbank in die Küche war staubig und es war auch Spinnennetz. Ansonsten war alles Super.

    Well equiped,good matress.

    ZERO communication with the company that runs this house. They gave WRONG directions to the house (four bus stops after!!!!). When came the person who gives the keys told me that the answer is sent by AI. and this was THE ONLY TIME they answer my emails. They were asking me to pay the tax five days before my arrival!!! Very very bad communication to the center. You have to wait from 20 to 50 minutes the bus especially at night. There is no tram there. In the garden eveything was filthy and the didn't mow the lawn. There is no toaster and in the bathroom the water goes away very slowly. The walls around the plugs are dirty and the curtains in some spots. The sofa in the living room is broken and the bed in one bedroom squeezes.... Although is a cozy appartment and has got all the appliances Idon't recommend it mostly because of the location and the lack of communication.!!!

    The location is great, very close to Arno and a bus stop. The appt is spacious, cool even in hot weather, and very quiet. The private garden is awesome! There is a lot of dishes, cups, glasses, etc. Small supermarkets are pretty close to the property.

    I believe the staff really wants to improve their guests' experience, otherwise this survey has no point. It would be really nice to have enough supplies (toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, some coffee for those who arrive late at night, etc) and be more responsive to the guests' requests.
