    Check-in to the apartment was explained perfectly. The apartment is much better than in the photos and reviews. Everything is clean and modern, including the bathroom; the water pressure in the shower is completely normal and there is plenty of hot water. You get enough towels, soap, and a mix of shower gel and shampoo, and there are even two hairdryers. The Wi-Fi works well, as does the heating (both the AC and the radiator). The kitchen has more than enough dishes and cookware for cooking. The location is excellent — there are plenty of local cafés, trattorias, and shops nearby, and the metro station is only a 3-minute walk away. They respond to messages immediately, even late at night. We had a small issue where one key broke, and they resolved it right away without any problems. We were really impressed by how quickly they fixed the issue and by their kindness. Maybe just bring your own slippers, since there are no carpets. We stayed in Room A.

    Good value for money. The location is quite convenient – close to the Metro and about 20 minutes(on foot) from the Colosseum. Air conditioning was a big plus during the summer. Clean bed and bathroom.

    There was no TV (which could have helped with room acoustics), the kitchen utensils were dirty, and the shower was very small with low water pressure and slow hot water.
