Molto spaziosa
La casa era in ottima posizione rispetto alle nostre esigenze. Molo spaziosa. Arredi un po' datati (soprattutto il bagno) ma nel complesso confortevole. E' stata perfetta per un soggiorno in famiglia di un paio di giorni.

Appartement spacieux, confortable pour 4 personnes. Proche de la station de métro Nizza. Possibilité de stationnement dans la rue. Peu de bruit provenant de la rue, hormis le claquement de la porte principale de la résidence (l’appartement est au RDC). Cela mériterait l’installation d’un groom ou frein de porte.
L’appartement n’est pas très équipé. Il n’y a pas de lave linge, pas de lave vaisselle ni de climatisation. Cela est bien mentionné dans l’annonce donc ce n’était pas une surprise. En revanche il y avait un seul ventilateur operationnel dans une des trois chambres. Bien que les plafonds soient hauts cela ne nous a pas empêché d’avoir un peu chaud (période pendant laquelle il faisait 35 à 37°C à l’extérieur) Par ailleurs il y a une chambre séjour avec un canapé trois places. Il serait bien d’ajouter une chaise ou un petit fauteuil.
