    Posizione ottima, in pieno centro, con punti di interesse facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort, con docce particolarmente comode e spaziose.

    L'appartamento è in una posizione eccellente. È il suo principale punto di forza. Le principali attrazioni si raggijngono velocemente a piedi. La vicinanza con piazza castello che è lo snodo principale per i trasporti è ottima. Il divano letto è comodo La ristrutturazione è recente e ben fatta

    Non avevo capito che l'appartamento avesse la zona notte al piano seminterrato. Nonostante un deumidificatore professionale, resta un odore di umido. Inoltre non ci sono praticamente finestre, per cui se si soffre di claustrofobia può essere fastidioso (i soffitti molto alti aiutano a non pensarci). Inoltre, si sentono passare i tram. A noi non ha dato fastidio ma se si vuole il silenzio meglio scegliere altro. Qualcosa di tessile in cucina (stracci per i piatti) sarebbe stato utile
