  Propietarios no cumplidores, pero exigentes.

  Su ubicación en el centro

  1º. El apartamento estaba sin arreglar a las 20:00 h, cuando llegamos y tuvimos que esperar más de una hora, para poder ocuparlo. 2º. Olor a alcantarilla constante en el baño. 3º. Se pidió al propietario poder dejar allí las maletas hasta las 16:00 h., haciendo el check aut a la hora indicada (11:00h.), y se negó.

  Frustrating Experience

  The property is clean and near a market with good food.

  The air-con didn’t work and there is no ventilation fan. The air-con shut down in the evening. We called the staff. They said they arranged someone to fix it when we were out for dinner. But the air-con shut down again around 10:30 pm. It was a hot summer night. The temperature of the flat was 31 degree! The ventilation of the flat is really bad. It’s hot and stuffy even at 4 am when the street was cool. The room temperature was at least 30 degree for the whole night. I tried to contact the staff, but no any responses. The second day they finally responded, they accused us for setting the temperature to zero degrees, so the air-con shut down. First of all, the air-con was preset to 18 degree and we didn’t touch it. Only press the open button. Secondly I don’t think any air-con can be set to zero degree! They insisted that the air-con was fine. How ridiculous it is! We had to rent another flat nearby on the second day. It was the most frustrating travel experience ever!

  Godt sted tæt på centrum

  Duomoen er i gåafstand fra overnatningsstedet og det er egentlig rart, at man er lidt væk fra "al larmen". Lejlighedens køkken er udstyret med de fleste ting man har brug for. Der manglede dog lidt sæbe til at vaske op i (som ikke var blandet med vand).

  Vi havde vores barn på 9 måneder og klapvogn med. Vores værelse lå på 1. sal og der er ikke elevator. Vi oplevede ikke Firenze som værende super klapvognsvenlig, så vi havde ikke brug for den alligevel og det var derfor ikke et problem. Hvis man har mulighed for at bruge bæresele, vil jeg klart anbefale det. Rengøringen i lejligheden kunne godt være lidt bedre - tæppet og sofaen trænger til lidt kærlighed.

  The accommodation was lovely. The beds were comfortable, there were clean towels, and soap and shower gel provided for travelers. The kitchen was fully equipped for comfortable cooking. The location is great — within a 15-minute walk to any museum or historical landmark.

  There was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment, but I am very sensitive to it. Once you get used to it, it’s fine. The kitchen is well equipped, but there was no sponge for washing dishes (not a big problem to buy one, but I kept forgetting to do so).
