Good budget option for Venice
Good budget option for Venice. 15 mins walk from Venice Mestre train station with frequent trains to Venice islands. Large supermarket 5 minutes walk. Restaurants a few minutes walk away. Apartment is up 3 flights of stairs. Air conditioning in hall and front room. WiFi excellent.

Mixed feelings
Quite residential area, 5 min to a bus stop with Venice connection (number 6). Parking slot in a gated yard. Nice, spacious and well-equipped apartment
Third floor without a lift. Such features MUST be in the property description. Air conditioner in the corridor barely reaches the bedroom.Bedroom window, facing East, has no real shade. Parking gate is quite narrow - even my Opel Mocca hardly fit in.
