  Well located, easy access, standard equipment

  While in some distance from the city centre, apartment is located close to underground stop and line with easy access to town, airport train, etc. With the electronic access it is easy to handle arrival, departure and everyday use. Good bed and small wardrobe room from bedroom allows to hide luggage.

  There have been small issues in the bathroom and kitchen equiment, which I reported to the managers, that somewhat decrease the overall satisfaction with the apartment.

  The worst experience ever

  The property owner is a scam. They will tell you 24 h before your arrival to Milan that there is a problem with this apartment and they will show so much interest in helping you with another that is not listed on booking but on their platform (Cleanbnb). Well, the apartment is not used in months: not cleaned, not heated, the shower and water system didn't work, incredibly awful smell. When we asked why they didn't turn on the heating before we arrived there, they will say it's the Italian law. Well, the heating in Milan at least in the hotel we went from the first night works from 6PM to 1 AM and from 6 AM to 9 AM. They knew we would have arrived late in the night (after 10 PM) and they didn't turn on the heating system (it was like 16-17 degrees inside the apartment) or clean the apartment. Regarding the shower, they said they would ask for someone to repair it the next day but we would have to stay in the apartment, during our vacation, to wait for some person to repair it. The man that's waiting for you is very shady and aggressive, they said "we have to stay here cause we paid" and try to call the police if you leave because he thinks you're a scam cause you want to take your money back. Also, don't think booking will help you with this. They are an advertising platform and they won't try to refund you any of the money you paid for this apartment. They will let you deal with people like this and move to another location by yourself. From the first night, we left to a hotel that was clean, warm and that had a hot shower.
