Die Wohnung war in Ordnung, nicht die unterbliebene Reaktion des Vermieters auf unsere Reklamation.
Mitvermietet war ein abgeschlossener Parkplatz im Innenhof. Der Parkplatz konnte auf Grund von Bauarbeiten 5 Tage nicht genutzt werden. Trotz unserer Reklamation bei der Wohnungsübergabe und nochmals fünf Tage später erhielten wir keine Rückmeldung seitens des Vermieters. Wir hätten eine anteilige Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises erwartet.

חסר מגע אישי שיכול לשפר מאוד את החויה לדוגמא, נייר מגבת, מגבת מטבח, סבונים. המזרון לא מספיק קשה לאנשים גדולים (כ 100 קג).

Appartamento nuovo, attrezzato e pulitissimo. Ottima posizione, situato in una zona tranquilla ma a pochi minuti dal centro. Abbiamo apprezzato il parcheggio privato all' interno della struttura e la gentilezza dello staff.
