Cancelled 1/2 hour before our 3:00 check in
Nothing
We booked 4 months earlier. They cancelled 1/2 hour before we arrived. . They told us they had a problem with the boiler and asked if we were ok with cold water only. We said that was ok. Then as we were headed there they said we could not stay. Booking.com was not helpful either. It was difficultto find a last minute accomadation, standing at noisy train station.

Amazing location, historic setting. Superb view from the window. Well worth it.
Brilliant location, historic building and a massive space. Had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I would recommend for friends or even taking the family as there is plenty of room. Superb view from the window.
At night it does get loud with the pub which is fine for me but not small children.

Where do I start! It was wonderful. Big rooms, comfy living space and the location was perfect. We only had one knife and they whizzed a new set over to us ASAP!
My only annoyance was the 'late fee'. We arrived at 21:20 and were asked to pay €30 in cash (which we didn't have). It was a very odd request, especially considering 9pm isn't exactly 'late' and considering the price of the apartment felt a little tacky. The rep was very nice but it felt inappropriate for the cost and class of building. Possibly one for the company to consider absorbing into their general costs?
