    Pleasant stay, in a nice location.

    Nice apartment, in a very good location (Porta Marina).

    The door is opening hard (needs some fixing). The warm water was not warm enough (we had to ask to be fixed). There is a bit of a smell of wet, maybe from the closet.

    The apartment is lovely, the management company is not

    Lovely property fully equipped and easy to get everywhere.

    Very noisy as traffic starts at 6am and it is a main thoroughway for vehicles into Ortigia. The management company!! There was an issue with blocked drains in the Main Street with resultant sewage flowing past the property. While this was sorted within a reasonable time by the authorities the management company did not come to clear the raw sewage in the street but asked us to throw buckets of water. Also they did not allow us to leave luggage in the apartment and the site they give for luggage storage did not work for us. We were expected to go to Syracusa to leave the luggage!! You are expected to check out by 10.00hrs but don’t get in until 15.00hrs.
