Comodo
Struttura moderna dotata di lavatrice e lavastoviglie, di parcheggio privato e in una posizione ottima per visitare le principali calette del sud. A 2 passi dal centro di Pula, cittadina meravigliosa. Consiglio il soggiorno in questa struttura.
La comunicazione con gli host non l’ho trovata molto efficace. Da un lato viene chiesto di utilizzare la chat booking , ma allo stesso tempo per check in e check out bisogna far riferimento a wapp. In ogni caso gli host hanno sempre risposto rapidamente a tutte le nostre domande. Il “libro della casa”, che contiene regole e istruzioni della struttura andrebbe aggiornato: la password del wifi è errata (ultime 2 cifre invertite, anche se in ogni caso è scritta sul modem), la bottiglia d’acqua che doveva essere presente in frigo in realtà mancava. Inoltre, la serratura del cancelletto sul cortile era danneggiata da precedenti host, e chiusa con un laccio di fortuna. Ultimo, set di cortesia doccia assente, sarebbe stato gradito :)

Piacevole sorpresa a Pula
Appartamento nuovo e ben organizzato con tutto quello che serve....lavatrice ,lavastoviglie,phon ,macchinetta caffe
Il patio di fronte all'entrata e' inutilizzabile al mattino perché c'è troppo sole ( si potrebbe pensare a una tenda parasole)

Bien , pero mejorable.
El apartamento está en una urbanización muy tranquila, con plaza privada de aparcamiento junto al apartamento, es una casita de dos plantas muy cómodo, amplio y el apartamento en sí muy limpio.
Las toallas estaban sucias , suponemos que por un descuido , compartes el apartamento con enseres personales de los dueños , ropa, zapatos etc, los equipos llevan todos etiquetas con leyendas manuscritas que incomoda un poco. En la descripción pone que hay hervidor electrico pero en realidad no existe, , echamos a faltar un tostador , alguna botella pequeña de agua a la llegada y la atención ha sido totalmente impersonal, no hemos hablado ni visto a los propietarios o gestores
