    Clean and big appartement, very close to the central station. Nice lively neighbourhood. Enough towles and bed sheets. Clear instructions for check in and check out.

    They didnt live enough toiletries/toilet paper or sponge in the kitchen to clean the plates. There was no laundry detergent. You have to buy everything for yourself which I didnt find great.

    Good base for a stay in Rome.

    The flat was spacious enough and clean, located in a student area with lots of bars around but inside the flat was quiet. Good value for money. The key retrieval worked flawlessly. Good internet.

    Some quirks - door handles falling off, I couldn't get the gas cooker to work, the provided kettle leaked water around the electric connection. Overall acceptable given the price.

    The apartment is comfortable, with good A/C

    The apartment is managed by a company that "automates" everything and has taken all humanity out of the hospitality. You have to download apps, register to places follow pdf instructions and use apps to unlock the key. I know the check in is at 14:00, and we arrived 15minutes earlier but because everything is automated we had to wait outside for the "unlock" button to activate even though the apartment was ready and there was 0 harm for us going in 15minutes earlier and not wait in the heat.
