Nice location, right in the heart of the old town. Clean apartment.

We were locked in the apartment for hours on our second day because of the old, broken apartment keys. Support of the staff was not exactly the best as we couldn't reach anyone on the phone and had to write messages to explain the issue and get us out. It took them hours to send someone, bringing a new key and also batteries for the Aircon remote, which was supposed to be there already the first night of our arrival and we lost half of one day inside waiting and were about to call the police or the firefighter to get us out. Pillows were extremely uncomfortable and we had to use the small cushions instead.
