    Affascinante Napoli

    Appartamento grande con camere spaziose, strutturato come da fotografie, pulito ed organizzato in modo pratico ed essenziale. Nella camera con affaccio strada manca un piano d'appoggio che potrebbe essere utile anche come appoggio per la valigia e un lume sul secondo comodino. Molto comoda la fermata dei tram 412 e 421 nel viale sottostante per raggiungere il centro, con fermata Stazione Centrale e vicino al Castel Nuovo o Maschio Angioino. Altrettanto comodo il garage condominiale al chiuso. Tramite un n ragazzo molto cortese, che ci aspettava davanti all'entrata della palazzina, siamo venuti in possesso delle chiavi, che si lasciano sul tavolo la mattina della partenza.

    Una piccola critica riguarda la dotazione delle pentole: poche ed enormi, manca un pentolino per scaldare il latte.

    The flat was spacious and had AC working but that would be it. Welcoming staff to show around.

    Our stay in Naples was unfortunately quite disappointing. The flat is extremely noisy — trams start running at 4:40 a.m., traffic begins early, and constant honking makes it almost impossible to rest properly. The apartment itself is in need of maintenance. The bathroom flooded every time we used the shower, which seems to be a long-standing issue given the damaged door frame and moldy silicone. The bathroom door handle was broken, so the door couldn’t be fully closed. There was also no mop provided to clean up the repeated flooding. Cleanliness was another concern: the floor was dirty enough that walking barefoot turned our feet black, so slippers were essential. Overall, the location and apartment conditions made for a very uncomfortable stay, and significant improvements are needed before it can be recommended.
