  Schöne große alte Villa mit dem Charme eines alten Herrenhauses. Die nutzbare Wohnfläche ist sehr groß.

  Die Außenanlagen rund um das Haus waren nicht zu nutzen. Die Zuwegung hatte viele Stolperfallen, da das Pflaster sehr uneben war. Das Haus wurde Ende September, Anfang Oktober nicht beheizt. Die Wohnung ist etwas abgewohnt. Die Bettdecken waren nicht warm bzw. es gab nur eine dünne Wolldecke. Der Fußweg in die Innenstadt dauert ca. 15 min. entlang der vielbefahrenen Hauptstraße.

  Siamo stati contenti di aver soggiornato in una villa così bella e speriamo di ritornarci un giorno.

  La casa è una villa del 700 , affescata con decorazioni e arredata con mobili di qualità ed antichi. E’ adatta anche per sei persone. I due bagni sono ubicati entrambi al primo piano; uno e’ veramente grande, il secondo, dotato di doccia, lavabo e wc, e’ annesso ad una delle tra stanze da letto. Al piano terra ci sono la cucina e due stanze di rappresentanza veramente notevoli una delle quali dotata di un ampio e comdo divano in pelle e di du poltrone. Si può parcheggiare in un viale condmininiale fuori alla villa.

  Mancava qualche tenda ad alcune finestre delle stanze da letto. Mancano i condizionatori, ma le stanze da letto sono dotate di ventilatori e il clima a Belluno e’ quasi mai afoso.

  The nights in museum- not perfect quest!..

  Villa is well located, really very spacious. The interior is like museum - old furniture, old paintings etc. Kitchen and bathrooms are good equipped.

  Main things you need to have at apartments are good bed, bathroom and climate. Beds were terrible: old furniture is in museum style, but mattress could be new, as well as bed linen, pillows and blankets. Unfortunately, all beds are completed with old mattresses, old used not fresh linen and uncomfortable pillows. Day temperatures were around 20-25oC during our stay, but at nights it was cold enough 8-10oC. No central heating works that time, fortunately, we have got air heater fans from hostess, thank you so much! Generally, if owners would like to use ancient property for apartments, basic minimum things should be to make stay of guests comfortable ( bed, bathroom, climate). We like Villa, but we cannot recommend it to staying anybody until those things will be corrected.
