    In overall, it was nice stay. Mainly we are impressed with the staff which tried to help with on issue.

    The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from both the bus and metro stations. The staff was very responsive and helpful.

    However, the rooms were quite cold at night, and there weren’t enough blankets provided. While there was an air heater machine available, it was extremely loud, making it impractical to use while sleeping. One odd thing happened upon our arrival. We received a paper note asking us to walk lightly, as the floor apparently rumbles. We were staying with our parents, so we weren’t partying or making noise, which made receiving this note within just 30 minutes of our stay feel uncomfortable and a bit unnecessary. Access to the apartment is through a phone-based system, so if you're out exploring the city, make sure your phone is charged to avoid any issues getting back in.
