    An excellent hotel

    A wonderful hotel. Our room was a good size, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Massive bathroom. Free parking and a fantastic supermarket next door. Really enjoyed our stay.

    I didn't feel like a guest

    Clean, comfortable, and in a good location.

    Very poor hospitality from the front-of-house staff. There seemed to be a lack of understanding, warmth and consideration for travellers' needs, with interactions feeling unnecessarily confrontational. Ironically, when I challenged the way I was being treated, I was told that I didn't understand Dutch customs, despite this being my sixth visit to the Netherlands this year alone. I found this rather patronising and dismissive. The attitude of the staff made me reluctant to spend any additional money at the hotel bar or on other facilities, which I would otherwise have happily considered. There were also small shortcomings in the room, such as the lack of proper cups. Ultimately, the hotel was clean, but hospitality is about more than providing a room. Guests should feel welcome, not as though they are an inconvenience.

    Great child friendly place to stay for Efterling visit

    Good value stay near Efterling. Good facilities avaliable (washer/dryer/fridge). Lots of kid friendly activities

    Scrambled eggs at breakfast were very overdone but good choice and kids loved the pancake maxhine
