Очень рекомендую это место. Самый центр, при этом там тихо, чисто, уютно, достаточно просторно.
Место самое удобное в центре города! Очень приятная хозяйка. Двойные стекла в окнах практически полностью убирают уличные шумы и можно спокойно спать ночью. Кроме спальни в номере есть большая гостиная комната. Всегда есть очень горячая вода в душе, с сильным напором. Есть всё необходимое на кухне. если чего-то не хватает, можно попросить хозяйку. Идеальное соотношение цены и качества. Всё чисто и аккуратно. Я видела много квартир в Тбилиси, разного уровня. Эта - одна из самых лучших. Хорошо для семьи. Обе кровати находятся в одной комнате.
Слишком продавленный матрас на односпальной кровати. Ребенок не смог там спать и спал в гостиной на диване. Душ находится не в отдельном месте, а просто между раковиной и унитазом. Это совсем не удобно и не романтично. Но если абстрагироваться, то мыться нормально. Вода горячая, напор воды сильный, пол чистый, вода на полу стекает в сток и быстро высыхает.

Great value for money
The position of the guest house is tremendous. The owner Irma is the loveliest person who cannot do enough for you. The cost for the area is great.
It isn't 5 star but very comfortable.

Ubicación excepcional.
Excelente ubicación y personal muy amable. Birn equipada la habitación: heladera, microondas, pava electrica, tv, sofá. Buenas calefaccion, agua caliente y WiFi.
El baño podría mejorarse.
