Very nice, wonderful staff, and comfortable!
It was beautiful, great staff. Lisa went out of her way for us, thanks so much. We took my husband’s mother to Ark Encounter and Creation Museum, stayed in Lexington. It fit for us, rooms right next door.
The horse decor was nice, loved that we were downstairs and no climbing for 80 year old.

The lady at check in was very friendly and helpful. The housekeeper was very friendly. Whoever the boss is never showed
We would’ve given this property the highest rating across the board, however, after making arrangements for a late checkout, due to our 4yr old granddaughter having a surgical procedure on her eye on Thursday morning, (which was the reason for our stay)…obviously from surgery she wasn’t feeling very good, so we requested for a later checkout than 11am, in which we were approved to checkout an hour later at noon, at 11:20 housekeeping knocked and we told him we had been approved for a noon checkout in which his response was “your done here you have to leave” my husband told him we were currently packing up and repeated we had confirmation for a later checkout than checkout. About 15 minutes later he knocks on our door again and I showed him the chat with the confirmation of our checkout being approved for noon, to which he responds “my boss said it’s after 11 and you have to leave now, he doesn’t care what approval you were given” the housekeeper apologized and was very polite during all of our interactions, the “boss” was nowhere to be found and made zero effort to speak with us on the matter…the lady at the desk was an absolute sweetheart and the housekeeper was very nice as well. However the “boss” needs to take a lesson on how to check all communication hubs and confirm if there has or hasn’t been any changes, along with how to be an adult and speak to customers directly and not through the employee’s

I had a peaceful place to shower and sleep after work.
The lady working front desk that helped me check was very nice, as well as the other staff I encountered. I work nightshift so I appreciated the early check in option after a 12 hour shift!

I was very pleasantly surprised.
It was clean, and it had had a pool and breakfast for a great price.
