    The guesthouse is very close to the bus station, which is why I chose to stay here. There were also very few stairs, which was a bonus! The room was spotlessly clean, and although the bathroom was shared, it was very clean as well. Ana was lovely and always made sure everything was okay. I highly recommend this place!

    Het bed was super en de ligging ook. Stukje naar beneden en dan had je de bushalte om naar de oude stad te gaan.

    BAD EXPERIENCE

    Nothing

    1) Inside complicated small paths with many stairs, with wrong indication of google map, I was moving my luggage here and there climbing stairs. In fact there is a car road could arrive so I could move my luggage easier but I didn't receive any indication from the owner. 2) Even when I arrived at the entrance gate, I have to climb about 40-50 stair steps to arrive my room with my luggage. 3). It is just a family room very small and dark, the two messy rooms next as the owner said they are her offices. 4) the toilet and bathroom is outside the room and I said it should be private, the owner said it is private because you are the only guest. It is written EXTENDED toilet "if you don't read, it is not my fault !" she said. 5) the room door with a digital lock, the owner tried to show me but it didn't work well she said I broke it because I closed the door with force, in fact the lock says "battery is low", the owner was yelling at me "Hey, don't close the door with force ..... " (6) The owner said, if you don't like you can cancel the booking but to pay her in cash the first night and booking.com will refund me the whole sum. Considering the bad feng-shui I have seen and her impoliteness, I decided to pay one night and leave immediately to find other place. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS OWNER.
