    Мзеона приветливая женщина. Приняла поздно ночью. Огромное спасибо. Расположение отличное к центу, к морю, все что нужно в шаговой доступности. В комнате есть все для проживания- это большой плюс.

    Сама комната расположена на первом этаже, окно выходящее на другую сторону было на уровне земли.Осенью обильные осадки . А это сырость , влага, которая не проходила даже при включении кондиционера. Ощущение как будто в землянке. Возможно в летние месяцы когда практически нет осадков в комнате сухо и не пахнет сыростью и влагой.
