    We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, including a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, and plenty of tableware. There is also a barbecue area on the terrace, which is a lovely addition. Other useful amenities include air conditioning, an iron, hairdryer and reliable Wi-Fi. The views are absolutely fantastic. Watching the planes land with the backdrop of the ocean is a unique experience and one of the highlights of staying here. The apartment is close to both the airport and the main road, so there is some noise during the day. However, planes do not take off or land during the night, and the windows provide excellent sound insulation. We were able to sleep perfectly every night. I am a light sleeper and usually very sensitive to noise, but I found it more like background white noise than a disturbance. The hosts were excellent throughout our stay. Communication was easy, they were available if needed. We were also very grateful for the lift to the airport on our departure day. On arrival, we were welcomed with water, bananas, and local cookies, which was a thoughtful touch. The apartment is conveniently located, not far from the city, with two bars and a local shop within walking distance. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and experienced no issues whatsoever. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Madeira.
