    We stayed here for one night during our travel to Italy. We got everything we needed. Downstairs was a very nice restaurant with terrace and quite big natural playground for children. We also had a short walk to a nearby church. Place was quiet and nice, we would stay again.

    If you have less people for the breakfast, I would consider serving ala carte breakfast or pre-made plates with basic stuff for guests instead of a buffet - to possibly reduce food waste and your costs. We would be totally fine with that. :)
