Fantastic location for Ypres
Lovely big room in a fantastic location just a few minutes walk to the Menin gate and into the city centre. Very welcoming host. Car parking off street in a safe residential area. Tea and coffee making facilities.

Best guest house in Ypres
Very warm welcome by Ria. Shown all around the room. Complimentary mini bar, and town guide (paper). The location is exceptional considering it can provide parking. Just a few minutes walk from the Menin Gate and main square. WiFi is also provided. High quality equipment in the room, e.g. bose system, smeg kettle. Ria also provided grapes from her garden!

Amazing stay
From the moment of arrival Ria could not do enough for me, it felt like a second home with a warm welcome, a self-contained room and a lovely location just a short walk from the Menin Gate. The property is lovely, the breakfast is amazing, thank you for introducing me to your tea and the home-grown grapes straight form the vine to the table. There was even a nice welcome from Victor and the very friendly Stella, the cats. This will be the first place I look to stay when I visit Ypres again in 2027.
I do not have any negative comments to add to this review, everything was lovely and welcoming.

A fantastic find! Lovely room, location & hosts
A lovely spacious room with good facilities including kettle, coffee machine, table and chairs, fridge (with a selection of drinks included), TV, Bose sound system. The location couldn’t be much better just a few hundred metres from the Menin Gate - close to all the action but set in a quiet part of the city. The parking space was handy as you didn’t have to worry about finding a space when you were returning from a day out. Ria the host was super friendly and helpful offering lots of advice.
