We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Amplitud i espai disponible. Tots els serveis necessaris.
La neteja: hem trobat plats i paelles bruts i amb restes de menjar guardats als armaris. Els filtres de l'extractor de la cuina bruts i els ventiladors dels lavabos bruts. Les fotos son una mica esbiaixades perquè no mostren que tens l'autopista a pocs metres del balcó.

Ich würde die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!
Sehr schönes Apartment! Man hat alles, was man für 10 Tage braucht. Es gibt mehrere Läden und auch der Strand ist direkt in der Nähe. Alle Fragen wurden immer schnell und unkompliziert beantwortet.
Wir sind nachts angekommen und hatten deshalb zunächst ein kleines Problem, das Haus zu finden. Auch die Mülltonnen sind nicht ganz einfach zu finden, da sie sich in einem separaten Gebäude neben dem Haupteingang befinden. Das haben wir glücklicherweise von einer netten Nachbarin erfahren.

Very stylish flat, clean and with an excellent layout.quiet and very comfortable beds, kitchen was very well equipped, and all very clean and tidy. Very nice stay. We enticed our stay. The Guest ready check in was very professional and quick..
The apartment is in a building complex with a bigger store which has closed down, therefore a lot of facilities are not working: e.g. only one lift is working, the air conditioning works only in the main room and not in the bedroom and the use of the garage is challenging because parking lot is in -3 and there is no light in -2. From the main room, you have a very nice view on the hills, unfortunately, the expressway is right in front.
