We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.     Fijne, schone en mooie locatie, maar slecht bed

    De locatie(dichtbij het vliegveld en Funchal) ideaal als eerste accomodatie voor een verblijf van 14 dagen. Parkeren van de auto in de garage was ook fijn. Alles was schoon en netjes. Een bad was erg fijn!! Ook fijn dat je een was kon draaien, inclusief 1 capsule. Vaatwasser was ook erg fijn. Strijkplank en ijzer waren ook fijn+ grote ligbedkussens en de ligbedden zelf natuurlijk. Naaigerei, broodrooster, oven, magnetron ook-kortom: fijne keuken!

    Het bed, te hard, helaas aantal slechte nachten gehad. Het ontbreken van een theedoek/ handdoek in de keuken. Ramen die lek waren in de keuken voor het uitzicht naar buiten. Lamellen in de woonkamer die kapot waren. Bedlampjes die niet goed werkten (flikkerlicht) Te weinig ruimte om badkamerspullen op te ruimen. Extra plank zou fijn zijn geweest. Parasol met voet moet professorisch neergezet worden, wil je er gebruik van maken

    Gute Lage, schöne Meer Sicht Waschmaschine fände ich super!

    Geschirr waren ok, Besteck aber zu knapp
