Excelente en todo sentido
El apartamento es precioso, grande, con todos los servicios, entra mucha luz y la ubicacion es magnífica. Debo destacar la excelente atención de los administradores, necesité una ayuda, y a las pocas horas me lo solucionaron. Volvería a ese apartamento sin dudarlo.

Appartement spacieux et relativement bien situé dans Lisbonne bien que demande de marcher un peu pour accéder aux principaux centres d'intérêt. Les hôtes ont été aidant lorsque je me suis rendu compte que j'avais oublié une veste dans l'appartement après notre départ - celle-ci a été envoyée par colis en France, contre un paiement de 25€.
L'appartement aurait probablement besoin d'une petite rénovation : si sur les photos et de loin il semble en bon état, les murs ne manquent pas de marques, les rideaux présentent des taches et plus généralement le mobilier a vécu. Par ailleurs, les 2 climatiseurs (salon et chambre) ne semblent pas produire correctement du froid, bien que cela n'est pas été trop pénalisant pendant notre séjour compte tenu des températures extérieures tempérées.

Sin limpieza
La ubicación y la tranquilidad del edificio.
La nula limpieza, se limitaron a recoger. Suelo sucio, ni escoba ni fregona pasaron. Baño con pelos, cocina sucia. Ropa de cama sin cambiar, bola de pelos en almohada, almohadas deformadas y con humedades. Colchón de sofá cama malísimo, y pata del sofá cama rota. Humedades en techos.
