    L'alloggio è proprio bello. Vicino c'è un parcheggio a silos comodissimo. La posizione è perfetta per esplorare Porto. La pulizia richiede una maggior attenzione, ma nel complesso il rapporto qualità prezzo è positivo

    The customer support quickly responded. They agreed to a refund. I got my money back the next day. Also the view from the window was nice.

    The apartment was not ready for our stay. The floor was dirty, there were no sheets or towels. The shower had debris in it. It looked like someone forgot to clean the apartment after some sort of accident. Fortunately the customer support quickly responded. They offered cleaning or relocation, but I have insisted on a refund. The refund was processed quickly and I got my money back the next day. We had to quickly find another apartment, but since it was January, we had a couple of options. This would be horrible if we stayed there in the peak season. Other than that, the apartment is really noisy, as the walls and doors are not insulated. We could hear loud music coming from the apartment on the other side of the staircase. Also there are a lot of noises coming from the outside of the windows.
