If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.     A great apartment, good size rooms, spacious and light. The views were exceptional, and dual balconies offer two different view points over Ericeira. Communication was great and check in and check out was very easy.

    The beds weren't comfortable.

    Очаровательная квартира с балконом и видом на океан

    Мы влюбились в эту квартиру! Очень красивая и уютная, с балконом и прекрасным видом на океан. На кухне - всё необходимое для приготовления еды: плита с духовкой, посуда, микроволновка, чайник, тостер, холодильник. Комнаты прекрасно обставлены старинной деревянной мебелью. Есть две спальни (одна из них с балконом). Ещё один балкон соединяет гостиную и кухню - на нём прекрасно завтракать с видом на океан. Все помещения оборудованы кондиционерами, есть ТВ и стиральная машина. Неплохой wi-fi. Всё чисто и уютно. Инструкции по получению ключей были чёткие и понятные. Неподалёку есть большой супермаркет Continente Bom Dia. Однозначно рекомендуем.

    Дом находится на возвышении - приходится много подниматься пешком. Это не минус квартиры, но просто имейте ввиду.
