This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.     Nicht zu empfehlen

    Die Schlüssel gabe war unkompliziert

    Die Wohnung war total verdreckt. Der Boden war schmutzig, das Badezimmer hatte Schimmel in der Dusche, und auch die Küche war schmutzig, mit Dreck unter allen Geräten. Die Matratze war sehr schlecht und unbequem und die Latten waren kaputt. Alles in der Wohnung fühlte sich ekelhaft an. Als ich das Personal ansprach, versprachen sie mir, jemanden zum Reinigen vorbeizuschicken. Leider wurde die Arbeit sehr schlampig ausgeführt, und alles blieb unverändert. Ich würde diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen, wenn Sie einen entspannten Urlaub verbringen möchten.

    GuestReady and its staff were responsive, answering all our questions and trying to solve any problems. Upon arrival, we discovered the apartment was extremely dirty. Our white socks instantly turned black, so we decided to mop the floor ourselves because it was impossible to stay in the apartment. We couldn't find a mop bucket and contacted the company. They immediately helped us find one. Then, we had one scratched frying pan, which was dangerous to cook in due to the completely damaged coating. We asked for a new one. They brought one right away, but it was very small and without a lid. I thought that when apartments with a kitchen are rented, it's assumed we'll be cooking there and they should provide everything. But apparently they decided that a small frying pan without a lid would be sufficient for a family of four. Otherwise, it was average.

    The floor was really dirty, and we had to clean it ourselves because it was impossible to be with the kids. And there was a frying pan with a badly damaged coating. They replaced it, but they brought us a small one without a lid. I thought that apartments with a kitchen implied that the family would cook in it, and therefore everything should be provided.

    Very cozy, spacious apartment with everything you need, convenient location, you can't hear the street at all, although the main street is very close. There is a bus stop nearby, a little further there is a metro station, which is very convenient, there are plenty of cafes nearby, supermarkets a little further... I really liked the bike...

    Honestly, an air conditioner would be nice...but without it, the fans don't really help.
