  A mixed bag!

  Great location Funky decor Lovely roof terrace Comfy bed Good wifi Smart TV

  Constant noise from the building site behind the apartment - which meant it was only possible to enjoy the roof terrace after 6pm when they finished work. Dust and tiny polystyrene balls blowing in and covering every surface. Place was in need of some maintenance/TLC. Cupboard doors didn't close properly, the front came off one of the kitchen drawers when I tried to open it and the blind blew off the terrace door in the wind. Not that well equipped - just one sharp knife, no washing powder/pods for the washing machine. Company gave incorrect code for key safe in checkout instructions - ended up breaking two nails and paying for waiting time for my taxi 😕

  Nous n’avons pas eu accès à notre appartement : la boîte à clé n’ouvrait pas. Malgré nos messages et nos appels à Booking (qui aboutissait sur un robot / IA qui ne reconnaissait pas notre code ..) nous avons dû trouver une chambre d’hôtel à la dernière minute à 21h et donc chère… le lendemain matin nous n’avons toujours pas eu accès au logement qui nous a été finalement remboursé et nous avons dû trouver un autre logement.

  Next to noisy construction site

  Property clean and air con and wifi worked well. Location close to national pantheon and starting point for tram 28. Supermarket and restaurants short walking distance away

  When we arrived there was continous loud beeping in apartment. When I phoned up about this staff member abrupt. Asked if I had put in new batteries. When I asked where to find the batteries and where they were to go they said 'I don't know, take a photo and email and hung up! Turns out beeping coming from door to alert fact lock wasnt working properly so apartment door couldnt be locked. Finally got them to agree to send someone to fix faulty lock, so had alarm and faulty lock for 3 hours. Didnt realise we were beside building site. Noise from 8am - 6pm. We picked apartment due to large balcony but no privacy and noisy. No safety deposit box listed as facility. Asked where it was. Was told it was in closet. Received messages over several days telling me to look in closet. Then days later said it was mistake they didnt have one. Be careful on stairs leading to bedroom. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues and tricky getting suitcase up and down

  Ein tolles Appartement in unserer Lieblingslage mit Blick auf das Panteon und den Tejo. Gemütliches Bett und Sofa, Waschmaschiene, Spülmaschiene, Klima, alles da. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

  Der wunderschöne Balkon könnte einen Sonnenschirm vertragen 😜
