This property is a self-check-in, and you will be required to verify your identity before checking in. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Bardzo sprawny kontakt z właścicielami. Obiekt jest duży i w sam raz na dłuższy pobyt. Na miejscu jest dosłownie wszystko, czego można potrzebować. Widać, że miejsce jest odświeżone, schludne, zadbane i czuć, że właścicielowi zależy na tym, by gościom dobrze się tam mieszkało. Fajna lokalizacja, piękny widok z salonu i balkonu. Cicho, spokojnie, ale blisko do ważnych miejsc. Super wyposażenie. Na długi pobyt dostaliśmy dużo ręczników, pościeli, a nawet zapasowy dywanik do łazienki. Niczego nam tam nie brakowało. Łóżko może mogłoby być nieco większe, ale było ok. Apartament naprawdę mogę śmiało polecić każdemu, kto chciałby zatrzymać się na La Palmie! :)
Jedyne, co było nieco uciążliwe, to naprawdę głośna lodówka. Gdyby była z nami trzecia osoba, która miałaby spać w salonie, miałaby problem. W sypialni za zamkniętymi drzwiami było już okej, ale z otwartymi, dalej było wyraźnie słychać lodówkę. Choć szafki w kuchni są odnowione, czyste i naprawdę ładne, to w środku szafek panuje nieprzyjemny zapach.
