Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.     SERIO PROBLEMA DE PRIVACIDAD — CÁMARA DENTRO DEL APARTAMENTO

    Durante mi estadía descubrí una cámara ubicada dentro del apartamento que había alquilado, no en un área exterior ni en una entrada. Estaba colocada en la zona de un escritorio, en una pared y orientada hacia la cocina, el comedor y la escalera, áreas utilizadas normalmente por los huéspedes. La presencia de este dispositivo no fue informada al momento de realizar la reservación. El dispositivo tenía sensor de movimiento, cuya luz se encendía al pasar caminando desde frente de la escalera hacia la cocina. Tengo fotografías y videos que documentan su ubicación y características. Reporté inmediatamente la situación a Booking, y me informaron que realizarían una investigación interna. No voy a especular sobre si la cámara estaba grabando, pero considero extremadamente preocupante e invasiva la presencia de un dispositivo de vigilancia dentro del espacio privado que había alquilado. Para mí, la privacidad dentro de un alojamiento que se alquila como apartamento privado es fundamental. Esta situación afectó seriamente mi sensación de seguridad y tranquilidad durante la estadía. Comparto esta experiencia para que otros huéspedes puedan tomar una decisión informada antes de reservar. Personalmente, no volvería a hospedarme en esta propiedad.
