Buen departamento, excelente ubicacion. Recomendable
La ubicacion frente al rio y con toda la ciudad a unos pocos minutos es una gran virtud del lugar El departamento tiene buenas superficies, con un buen ofice y baño muy comodo Todo muy bien En caso de viajar en auto, frente al Departamento hay un estacionamiento publico
Nos alojamos en un departamento en el tercer piso, pero no nos informaron que el ascensor no funciona. Cuando nos comunicamos ofrecieron reintegrar el importe pagado. La mejor solucion hubiera sido que nos infomren del incoveniente antes de llegar o nos cambien a una habitacion en un piso mas bajo (somos adultos de 70 años)

BEWARE Elevator broken, 200 steps to walk up to apartment
The location was great
Amenities included elevator, elevator was broken and had no plans of fixing it even though there were past reviews about it. We had a walk up 200 steps with elderly parents that were out of breath and took a long time to walk up. Elderly parents were discouraged from going out. with the fear of having to walk up the steps. repeatedly. We requested compensation and they only provided us $50 back, this is such a slap in the face. The host had the audacity to ask us for the elevator phone number, acting like they had no control over the issue, even though it is in their building. Extremely unprofessional and would never recommend anyone stay here as long as the elevator is broken. It is a nice area, don’t get me wrong, and it is on the water where everyone wants to be, but I can’t justify having to lug luggage up and down for people with mobility issues.

Comfortable room in great location
The location was fabulous, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchenette was a bonus. I'd definitely stay here again.
