Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

Casa molto bella e confortevole vicino a spiagge e Funchal
Casa molto grande e confortevole, con camere da letto ampie, 3 bagni, e un bellissimo balcone dove poter anche mangiare. Molto apprezzato anche l'angolo lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice.
Maria come host è stata poco presente. Al check-in non sapeva rispondere ad alcune nostre domande e, quando le abbiamo chiesto qualcosa per messaggio durante il soggiorno, non ci ha risposto.

La casa es excelente. Habitaciones con baño que son del tamaño de un hotel. Mucho mejor que en las fotos. Limpieza de 10. Todo fenomenal.
Me gustó todo Por decir algo, a lo mejor se necesita un poco más de vajilla y cubertería.

Mitigé : l'appartement pourrait etre top
La piscine est tres bien et peu utilisée donc nous en avons vraiment profité étant donné que la plage est plus loin que ce qu'il n'y paraissait initialement. La place de parking au sous-sol est bien pratique bien que tres étroite, il y a aussi de nombreuses places gratuites dans la rue. Le magasin Continente est proche et bien achalandé. L'appartement est tres grand, c'est agréable pour 6 personnes. Les balcons.
Nous avions prévenu de notre arrivée tres tardive mais l'agence n'avait absolument pas anticipé (c'est un agent IA qui traite les messages donc aucune solution apportée). Nous n'avons donc pu accéder a l'appartement qu'apres avoir appelé la hotline et obtenu l'adresse de l'agence ou les clefs étaient dans une boite a clé. A 1h30 du matin, en pleine zone résidentielle, au milieu d'un match de Coupe du Monde impliquant le Portugal, ca n'a pas été simple de trouver un taxi, l'agence nous a laissé nous débrouiller seuls... L'équipement de la cuisine est tres light : pas assez de couverts pour 6 personnes, pas de torchon, consommables au minimum (pas de sel/poivre/huile, un mini flacon de liquide vaisselle, 3 tablettes lave-vaisselle pour une semaine alors qu'il n'y a que 6 assiettes, 6 verres etc). L'entretien des salles de bain mériterait une revue complete : chasses-d'eau fuyardes, pomme de douche fuyarde. Pas assez de porte-serviette. L'eau chaude met un temps fou a arriver. Les portes intérieures et vers les balcons ferment mal, c'est désagreable, surtout que l'avenue est tres bruyante.

The apartment was big. More than enough place for everybody. Close to everything you need. It was very clean and had everything you needed for staying inside.
