    Séjour plus ou moins agréable

    Ce que nous avons apprécié dans ce logement c’est la présence de ventilateur dans chaque chambre. La proximité du logement avec la station de métro et l’arrêt de bus .

    Ce que je trouve décevant dans ce logement, c’est sa mauvaise description : il est indiqué qu’il y a 2 salles de bains or il n’y en a qu’une ; de plus Guest Ready me confirme qu’il y a bien 2 lits simples dans une des 2 chambres or il y a un lit simple et un tiroir lit qui sert de couchage d’appoint ( le matelas ne fait que 75 cm de large !) J’avais réservé ce type d’appartement pour tout son contenu . La réalité en a été autrement.

    Buena ubicación pero comodidad mejorable

    Es un segundo sin ascensor. No tiene dos aseos. Tiene un aseo por una lado, con inodoro, bidé y lavamanos. Y un cuarto de baño con lavabo y bañera. Tiene alfombras sobre el parquet que no están muy limpias. Y debajo de ellas había bastante suciedad. Las puertas son de madera y vidrio, lo que afecta a la intimidad entre habitaciones y también en los aseos. En general, la sensación es que estaba casi todo el mobiliario un poco antiguo y que necesita una buena mano de pintura.

    Metro station was literally just over the road

    When we arrived at Porto Airport on Wednesday the 5th August our driver for the complementary taxi we booked was 1hr 40mins late and we were unable to contact Bedriven despite texting, WhatsApping and ringing them. By the time the driver arrived we were already at the apartment having had to get our own taxi which cost 32 Euros. I initially tried to contact Booking.com for a refund of our taxi however they have signposted me to the accomodation provider who signposted me the taxi provider Bedriven, who signposted me back to Booking.com. As yet I have not had a response from Booking.com

    Excelente localização.

    2º andar sem elevador. Difícil chegar com bagagem pesada. Sem late check-out.
