Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

    Cutlery scam I had to buy my own Microwave didn’t function No air-con for a area that is hot and humid I couldn’t sleep because of humidity I took a while to find out how to shut The shower door

    Very comfortable and spacious place. Close to the beach. Lovely cafe right next door.

    The shower was blocked. The water not running away when you take shower.

    Emplacement au top, avec vu mer, et gros plus pour la place au parking souterrain. Quartier avec restaurants proches, boulangerie juste au dessous, supermarché à quelques pas... Appartement propre et fonctionnel avec une petite terrasse agréable et des assenceurs également.

    Manque de petits détails en cuisine. Il faut tout acheter si l'on reste plus de 2 j (huile. Sel, poivre,...) car le logement ne propose que quelques petites doses, comme au restaurant, pour seulement 2 ou 3 repas. Il n'y a pas de torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle ou ses mains non plus. C'est dommage car ce sont de petits détails qui obligent à aller faire des courses et du coup à gaspiller ( difficile de passer un petit pot de sel ou même d'huile en 8 jours par exemple, et les prochains locataires n'en profiteront visiblement pas. Dommage. Le confort du lit reste aussi un sujet, je pense que le sommier est dépassé car on a l'impression de dormir en s'enfonçant au milieu et les oreillers sont gros et trop durs. Cela dit l'appartement reste très agréable et fonctionnel.
