This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

    Négy felnőttnek kényelmes a két fürdőszobával. Az óváros könnyen, gyorsan megközelíthető.

    Muito a melhorar

    A localização e o espaço e o facto de ter garagem.

    A falta de limpeza, desde a carpete da sala, a roupa da cama, as toalhas manchadas, o bidé da suite tinha o tubo de esgoto partido, quando abrimos a torneira espalhou água para o chão. Havia pó nos candeeiros, a luz do candeeiro do teto do quarto não funcionava, ainda trocamos a lâmpada mas era mesmo problema elétrico, tivemos que levar outro candeeiro da suite para poder ter luz A falta de AC faz com que as noites se tornem desconfortáveis, apesar de ter uma ventoinha, que não é a mesma coisa, para além de ser extremamente barulhenta. O facto de termos tido estes percalços e ligar para o número de apoio que nos indicaram, mas que nunca conseguimos ser atendidos, apenas respondiam aos emails, mais tarde (muito mais tarde).

    Buena estadía

    El apartamento está en una zona buena. Es amplio y luminoso. Cómodo. Su decoración y mobiliario es correcto. Tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar. Estaba genial!

    Tiene fallos que se pueden arreglar - no funciona el extractor - la puerta no se puede echar seguridad al salir, lo que ocasiona inseguridad. - la ducha del baño del pasillo se cae y el lavabo baja muy lento. Sería bueno tener un mantel para comer. Sentí que nunca se comunicó una persona, todo con IA las respuestas
