You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. тихая улица, море и магазин очень близко. чисто и есть все для проживания, легко попасть внутрь + есть чат с компанией
если соседи шумят то все слышно, дверь в ванну открывается с трудом, во время сильного дождя вода может попасть в апартаменты, на кухне были тараканы

Preis-Leistung stimmt keineswegs
Die Verkehrsverbindungen war sehr gut und der Supermarkt war in der Nähe auch zu strand konnte man schnell hin.
Leider entsprach das Apartment nicht unseren Erwartungen. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr mangelhaft. Zudem hatten wir zahlreiche Ungeziefer als „Mitbewohner“ (Kakerlaken, Spinnen, Käfer sowie unbekannte größere Nagetiere in der Wand hinter dem Bett). Der Lärm dieser Nagetiere war nachts kaum auszuhalten, was das Schlafen stark erschwert hat. Auch das Kochen war wegen der Kakerlaken kaum möglich, da sie sofort auftauchten und sogar in die Lebensmittelverpackungen liefen. Darüber hinaus war das Sofa keineswegs für zwei Personen geeignet, da man beinahe auf dem Boden saß und sich gegenseitig einengte. Hätte es am Balkon einen Vorhang gegeben, hätten wir die Nachbarn nachts nicht ständig bitten müssen, ihr Außenlicht auszusschalten, welches so hell in die Wohnung schien, dass an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Zudem halten wir es für den gezahlten Preis keineswegs für angemessen, ein solches Apartment zu vermieten, das bereits beim Betreten an allen Ecken Schmutz und Staub aufwies.
